I finally figured out how to add a paypal donation button to the sidebar here to make it easy for those of you who would like to make a contribution. Money collected here will be used to reimburse us for materials we purchase for the class. I have also added a donation page at the top of the blog where I am listing some of those purchases with the amount spent and what it went for.
Parents who have students in the class and want to make a contribution may want to check in every so often and see if there are new receipts posted.
Of course, we will happily accept donations even if you don’t have a student in the class!
We currently would like to add about $100 to the fund in order to finish out the year. Be assured, money collected will be well spent. When we have all receipts covered and have a little “slush fund”. I will post a notice at the top of the donation page stating “No Donations Currently Needed-please check back” . I think that is the best way to handle it for now.
