there are lots of possibilities with these- we could do some mini arashi as well. the cores are quite solid and could stand up to a dye bath or two. i also have a number of longer smaller diameter cores that fit inside these and extend out the ends- giving them a rolling pin effect. i thought we could adhere some designs (thin foam shapes, string..) to the cores and make print rollers out of them.
other ideas welcome….

those look like little kaleidoscopes waiting to be filled with colorful scraps from some artist’s scrap pile.
